The service

OrbySoft is software for creating, isolating, and serving AI agents across a partner network. It runs on Google Cloud. The contract sets the plan, the cap, and the region.

Accounts

The operator is responsible for partner accounts, for what goes into the agents, and for lawful use. Isolation in the product does not move that duty.

Acceptable use

No model abuse, no stolen data, no attacks, no spam, nothing illegal. We can suspend a tenant that breaks this.

Whose stuff

The software and the brand are OrbySoft’s. Your content stays yours. Model output is customer data, subject to the model provider’s rules.

Money

Subscription and usage as quoted. Taxes on you. Late payment can pause the environment.

Uptime

We work to keep it up. We do not promise zero downtime. Backups and region follow the contract.

Limits

As far as the law allows, OrbySoft’s liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not on the hook for indirect loss or a decision made on model output.

Law

Brazilian law. Venue: Santo Antônio de Jesus — BA, unless a consumer rule says otherwise.
