What we collect
Account and contact details when you ask for access. Usage data (login logs, agent telemetry, token and compute use) when someone uses the product. Content sent to agents and sandboxes is treated as customer data.
Why
To run the service, bill usage, stop abuse, and meet the law. We do not sell personal data. We do not use one partner’s content to train another partner’s model.
Where
Google Cloud, default region southamerica-east1. Google Cloud is a sub-processor (compute, storage, Vertex AI, logging). Another region only if you instruct us.
Legal bases (LGPD)
Contract, legal duty, legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe, and consent for non-operational mail when we need it.
How long, and your rights
Account data stays for the contract and the legal hold after. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection at contact@orbycloud.com. We answer within 15 days.
Security
Least-privilege IAM, Secret Manager, tenant isolation, audit logs, encryption in transit and at rest on Google Cloud.
